Refresh

These services help to clean, restore and protect a range of Burberry pieces – from leather accessories and canvas bags to trench coats, cashmere and sneakers.

    Trench Refresh

    During this three-part service, your trench coat will be cleaned, repaired and reproofed using non-toxic products that are kinder to the environment than traditional reproofing products.

    Leather Refresh

    Leather bags and small accessories are cleaned, then treated with a cream that helps to improve texture while protecting against dirt and oil. On applicable pieces, the hardware will also be polished.

    Scarf Refresh

    The soft finish of your scarf will be restored through a specialist trio of brushing, steaming and misting. We recommend refreshing scarves when the fabric naturally starts to show signs of piling.

    Canvas Cleaning

    The outer and interior fabric of your canvas bags will be carefully restored without compromising the fibres. On applicable pieces, the hardware will also be polished.

    Sneaker Refresh

    A professional deep clean of your sneakers – from the interior fabric to the outer material, soles and laces. This service also includes a complete sanitation.

    Rainwear Reproof

    This two-part service combines a clean with a specialist reproofing treatment, using non-toxic products, which helps to maintain the water-resistant characteristics of rainwear.

Repair

As well as basic alterations on all our clothing – allowing styles to be tailored to you – our repair services can be performed on leather accessories, shoes, coats and jackets.

    Leather Repair

    For bags and small leather goods, this service includes repairs such as: dyeing worn corners, replacing hardware, binding and piping, reattaching handles and stitching lining.

    Clothing and Rainwear Repair

    Fix minor repairs, such as general stitching due to natural wear, on clothing and rainwear styles such as trench coats.

    Shoe Repair

    Restore shoes and sneakers through polishing, protecting and fixing minor repairs due to natural wear, such as repairing soles and heel tips.

    Alterations

    Allow your Burberry pieces to be tailored to you through our alteration service, available on all clothing.

Remake

With our remake service, Scarf Upcycle, signs of wear and tear on cashmere scarves can be visibly repaired through custom embroidery and darning. Not only giving new life to damaged or older styles, Scarf Upcycle creates unique Burberry pieces exclusive to you.

Rental

We are proud to be partnered with handbag subscription service Cocoon and fashion rental marketplace HURR. Available in the UK, these initiatives allow customers to rent women’s bags, clothing and coats.

Resale

Our partnership with Vestiaire Collective – the leading destination for pre-loved luxury – allows customers in the UK and US to trade in selected styles for a Burberry gift card.
